First of all our apologies for the inconvenience experienced by you during the months of July & August due the delayed delivery of spare parts.
As explained to you over phone we have almost all frequently used spare parts of the CT systems in our stock in our local warehouse in Riyadh. We order and import only the high value parts from our headquarter in The Netherlands.
High value spare parts are subject to a different process and required additional documentation in Saudi Customs and, therefore, it takes more than 5 to 6 days to get the shipments cleared and hence the delay in delivering the parts.
