Increased product offering
There is a need to increase the range of the product and offerings by physical capacity in many of the stores of 7-Eleven(Tavana, Zareinejad, Di Caprio, & Kaviani, 2016). Greater selection of both physical products and services can be offered, for example, cell phone cards, ATMs, and insurances of cars and bikes, etc. in some of the countries, a new idea has been adopted by the stores of 7-eleven, i.e., they have started to offer beer, fuel, wine, donuts, pizza, coffee, sandwiches and many more things(Shi, 2016).
