تعين الشركة المستشار بموجب هذه الاتفاقية ليكون وكيلها ومستشارها القانوني في الدولة التي يحددها الطرف الأول ويوافق المستشار على هذا التعيين.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The company appointed counsel under this agreement to be her agent and counsel in the State specified by the first party and Chancellor agrees on this assignment.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The company appointed adviser under this Convention to be its agent and legal adviser in the state as determined by the first party agrees adviser on this appointment.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The company appoints the chancellor under this Convention to be the agent of state specified by first party and its legal adviser to the chancellor for the appointment.
