I'm very sorry for my belated response, I'm out of Iraq for several days with very limited access to my e-mail.
According to my knowledge; the disbursement process is moving very smooth in spite of challenges related to the reality of info provided by the beneficiaries during the verification process over phone. Our teams are moving based on the monthly work-plan which I have shared with you earlier with very limited changes based on security developments on ground, they confirmed to me that every single date of disbursement plan was made with the concerned UNHCR FP at least 4-5 days in advance. Please accept my best apologies if we have put more pressures on one of your focal points and hope this issue will not happen again.
