• Guests will not be charged for laundry/dry cleaning services that do not meet quality standards
• Only garments that the guest has placed in the laundry bag should be laundered as directed on the laundry listing
• Care taken if external laundry to ensure same presentation standards in place and any surplus collateral should be removed; eg. tags
• If laundry/dry cleaning cannot be delivered to room because of a privacy please sign is on door, Valet will place a laundry regret card under guestroom door advising guest that cleaned items are available. Royal Service will also ensure silent message is left on guest’s telephone for same purpose.
• Retuned garments to include itemized bill and total, which is legible and neat. Charge applied to guest’s room account in appropriate timeframe
• Return laundry hangers left in rooms to appropriate recycling bin
• Staples should never be used through fabric
