In case you are having any “External Visit” or “Business Event” or “Business Meeting” outside the bank premises, you are kindly requested to follow the following steps:
1. Acquire your Business Line Manager’s approval prior to the event/visit.
2. Record these events on the Oracle Employee Self-Service at least 24 working hours before carrying them out through:
a. Employee Self-Service --- External Event/Visit --- Add
b. You are required to enter the Event Name as well as the expected date for it.
3. The Business Line Manager will then approve the request on the Oracle Employee Self-Service.
In case, these events were not recorded in advance, the employee risks being subjected to the “Penalties Regulation” code in accordance to the failure to comply with the “Attendance Rules”.
