Comparative Study on the Four Analysis Methods for Wheat Variety Regional Test

In order to exploit more convenient,fast and effective methods of experimental analysis of wheat variety regional test,using the Henan province regional wheat variety trial results in 2008-2009 as data,the four different analysis methods of variance analysis,grey multidimensional integrated evaluation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and similarity-difference analysis method were used and compared.Results showed that each of the four analysis methods had its own merits.The theory and procedure of variance analysis was applicable,with good results only for single character and without integrated functions,the remaining three analysis methods were with integrated functions and more objective and comprehensive to varieties evaluation.Among them,the grey multidimensional integrated evaluation and similarity-difference analysis method are better in differentiability,and more conductive to identify good and bad of varieties.In particular,the similarity-difference analysis methods was more available for calculating simple,convenient,test information,it,can carry on the comprehensive test of significance of difference for multiple characters,therefore it was good tools and means for breeding workers.
