تكون جميع المراسلات والاشعارات بين الفريقين بموجب مذكرة التفاهم هذه كتابة اما باللغة العربية أو الانجليزية ويجب تحريرها ارسال اصل الرسالة و الاشعار بواسطة البريد الجوي المسجل

All correspondence and notifications between the two groups under this MOU write either English or Arabic language and you must edit/send out letter and notice by registered airmail

All correspondence and notices between the two teams are under a memorandum of understanding written either in Arabic or English and must be freed send out the letter and the notice by registered airmail
