Dear All,
This is to inform you that 2015 Annual Performance Appraisal – Objective Setting will start Sunday 8th March 2015 , based on management decision employee will be evaluated twice a year and an average will be considered as an overall rating for the employee.
Objective setting:
Employee & Manager set objectives for the whole year, those objectives will be evaluated midyear (July 2015) and end of year (Dec 2015).
