We would appreciate Compliance’s input regarding the hiring of an expatriate under Customer Care Section. As per our Org. Structure, we have the Customer Care Section reporting directly to the Chief Customer Care Officer, and within the section, we would have two different units, which they are; Customer Experience and Customer Complaints. As per our understanding for SAMA regulations, customer care unit’s employees should be Saudi national.
Our inquiry is about hiring an expatriate in Customer Experience unit, which is under Customer Care Section. Taking under consideration that Customer Experience will not deal directly with customers.
