Management will focus on five primary channels to bolster production across sales and marketing departments.
I. Referral Business
Increase referral leads to 20% from 16% in 2015
Accounts for 40% overall total contract production ( 39% - 2015)
Plan:
i. Designated outside sales team to target Realtors and Developers (in-house & outsourced originators)
ii. Introduce value added approach to business partners (i.e. quick turn times, wide breadth of products, co-marketing, etc.) to drive more business into sales platform
iii. Add addition value to business relationship through offering Tamallak real estate listing service
iv. Initiative tracked by real time web based reports
