ما هو اللياقة البدنية؟ <br>اللياقة البدنية هي مفهوم هام من حيث علاقتها مجالات علم وظائف الأعضاء وممارسة علم وظائف الأعضاء. يجب أن تأخذ بضع دقائق وقراءة هذا التاريخ وجيزة من اللياقة البدنية. فسوف نلاحظ أن هذه الفكرة لياقة بدنية ليست شيئا انفجر مؤخرا على الساحة. <br><br>وهناك عدد من التعاريف لاستعادة لياقته البدنية ولكن أنا وضعت التعريف العام التالي قبل سنوات عديدة:<br>Physical fitness is the relative state of optimal function. All humans are able to be active because of the physiology / function of multiple body systems. Each of us have an optimal function which is unique to us and based largely on genetic endowment. We can improve that function by systematically engaging in various activities. The term relative is comparative in nature and so we may be more or less fit than we were or more or less fit than others with similar genetic endowment.<br><br>Other definitions of physical fitness include the following:<br>If you are physically fit, you are free from illness, and able to function efficiently and effectively, to enjoy leisure, and to cope with emergencies. Health-related components of physical fitness include body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscle strength. Skill-related components include agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed.1<br>Physical fitness comprises two related concepts: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations). Physical fitness is generally achieved through exercise, correct nutrition and enough rest. It is an important part of life.2<br><br>The state or condition of being fit; suitability or appropriateness.
