It seems pretty likely that the next arc will be Aogiri Raid/Retrieval of Shirazu's body, with Urie disobeying orders and going off either alone or with his team to get Shirazu's corpse. That would further show how he's valuing his bonds more than promotions like before. I'd be pretty shocked if we don't see a Norofied Shirazu corpse, or something of the sort.
If this does occur, then I'm sure it will be a successful raid for the CCG, at the cost of Ken returning to the ghoul side either at the end of this arc or sometime afterward. It depends if Amon shows up, because he's one the keys to finalizing what Ken Kaneki will end up becoming. The others being Rize, who by now should be in proper state of mind. And the truth about Hide, of course. To our knowledge, he still has no memory of that. I'm not sure why Rize will play a part, just a feeling. She is the one that dragged him into all this, after all.
If this arc goes the way that I think it will(which is unlikely cause Ishida can be quite unpredictable), then Ken should be Special Class by the end of it.
Other thoughts :
-The conflict between Ayato and Tatara/Aogiri due to the Hinami situation. We may just see Ayato leaving them.
-Akira vs. Seidou. Maybe this is when we'll see Amon show up? That would be an interesting reunion for sure.
-The rivalry between Tatara and Houji.
-Eto and Kaneki. I've been wondering if she'll have any control over his new kagune(which are just like her's).
-Yoshimura. If his body is at the same location of the raid, I wonder what will happen. Team :re to the rescue?
-And V. The wild card. For some reason I think they'll be the ones to kill Eto. It'd be a great way to introduce them to the current story.
There's a lot that could happen if this arc really is next. But those are all my random thoughts.
