Thanks for responding back. We want to make sure that any compromised account gets to its original owner. In this case, we will still run a verification process to determine the ownership, in two steps.
1. If you have not yet changed your Google Play (Android) and Game Center (iOS) passwords, do it NOW, and use secure passwords. It's absolutely necessary to prevent third-party access in the future.
2. We will need to ban this account for a short period, but not before you confirm and approve of this. After the ban is over, if we have not received any other requests for the concerned account, then we will proceed with the recovering process. This should make it safe from any unauthorized access.
Please reply after you have changed your passwords, and to let me know that we may proceed with the ban. I would like to thank you for your patience in this case. As soon as we can confirm the ownership we will inform you.
Remember: never, ever share your login information with anyone, no matter how good their intentions may seem.
