): الاحتياطي الاختياري والأرباح المحفوظة:

للمساهمين أن يقرروا اقتطاع ما لا يزيد عن(20%) من صافي الأرباح السنوية للشركة لصالح حساب الاحتياطي الاختياري لاستخدامها لأي غرض قانوني للشركة، فإذا لم تستعمل هذه المبالغ كذلك يجوز للمساهمين أن يقرروا توزيعها كأرباح.
