THEORETICAL BACKGROUND
A music student should be able to understand music, for in stance,the complexity of a certain piece. If a conductor is listening to music, this or her specific talent is shown by the capacity to listen to all the "lines" the composer created; the violins,the trumpets, a combination of both.
