To all SAP PM Users, In collaboration with the IT/Support Business Applications Department, we are pleased to announce the launch of services for mass creation or changes to SAP plant maintenance (PM) data through the corporate CRM platform. CRM requests will allow maintenance organizations to easily submit and view the status of master data mass update requests. What’s new? This service will enable Saudi Aramco maintenance organizations to submit a request to create or change their department’s data in SAP PM that meets the criteria for a minimum count of records. It will replace the current manual process and no further emails requests will be accepted. These are the services that will be managed by the new CRM platform:1. Mass create/change equipment and functional location.2. Mass update the department preventive maintenance data.3. Move equipment between departments.4. Nominate the department SAP PM site coordinator.5. Change the cost center on maintenance orders. What’s the benefit?• Enables end users to visibly track their requests during processing.• Enhances the overall turnaround time of the service.• Ensures proper accountability for all requests. • Streamlines the communication channels between end users and CMS.How to request this service? The new service can be requested through the Myhome portal following these selections: Services CRM Service Catalog Industrial Services Corporate Maintenance Services Please note that these CRM requests are to be submitted only by designated department SAP PM site coordinators.
