>Description: Ensure providing the required superior service to all customers his/her Business Center. Liaise with other departments to ensure that existing as well as new customers' inquiries / activities are promptly dealt with. Proactively solve customer problems or complaints. Work closely with other departments within CAE to cross sell identified products and to demonstrate professionalism in understanding customers’ business needs. Handle borrowing clients’ daily transactions. Ensure that all control, operational and audit issues are properly applied. Identify prospect clients to be introduced to the bank as per pre-defined criteria. Promote / Cross sell CAE products / Services.
>Requirements: Excellent communications & interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills, ability to work under stress. Team Player and fast learner.
