منظمات المجتمع المدني:
كثيرة هي المسميات التي قابلناها في الفترة الماضية ولكن من هي المنظمات الفاعلة بحق لما يخص الحقوق الإنسانية للسجين وما هو دورها الفاعل في هذا الجانب.
من هذه المنظمات اليمنية والتي تتواجد في المحافظات اليمنية كافة ومنها ما يتركز في العاصمة صنعاء.

حيث تتواجد السلطة المركزية و لأنها دائما تحاول أن تبين للعالم بأنها أكثر حضارية وتقوم بما يجب عليها
نحو المجتمع أو السجناء
هي كذلك المؤسسات التي تنادي بحقوق الإنسان وأنها تهتم بذلك وتدافع عن حقوق الإنسان.
ولهذا نجدها تتركز جميعا في العاصمة , ومهمشة أي حق وأي رعاية تخص الغالبية العظمى من السكان أو المحتاجين لخدماتها
فتجد أن معظم السجون في المحافظات الأخرى لا تقوم بواجبها الإنساني كما يجب وكما تدعي
أذا ما الداعي لكل هذه الضوضاء
وهذه الشعارات البعيدة عن البشر الأكثر احتياجا لخدماتها الإنسانية.

منظمات المجتمع المدني المهتمة بالرعاية الصحية و المهتمة بالسجناء:
الغالبية منها تفتقر إلى الأمكانيات اللازمة والمساعدة لها لأنجاز مهامها وما قدمتها في دليل أو منشوراتها , وذلك في الجانب المادي و الكادر البشري المتخصص للعمل في مجال رعاية السجناء وتأهيلهم وكما تعرض أغلبها في ما تعرضه.

المخيمات الطبية أو الحملات الطبية التي نادرا ما تقوم بها أياً من المنظمات المجتمع المدني فأنها تقوم بذلك على النحو التالي:
أرسال أطباء تحت التدريب ومن غير الممارسين على أأقل المستويات وأدناها.
تجلب معها أدوية قريبة الأنتهاء.
لا تقدم أي نسخة أو كشف تفصيلي يساعد على توثيق الأمراض وأنواع التشخيصات الطبية التي حددت أثناء زياراتها أو تنفيذ المخيم الطبي.
تقوم بهذ العمل على مبدء الدعاية والأعلان للمنظمة والترويج لما تقوم وكل ذلك قائم في أغلب ما تنشرها على أساس أيهام الممولين لهم وما لم يكون أغلب ما عرضته على وسائل الأعلام المرئي أو المقروء إلا مجرد دعاية وتزليف.
وتلك التي أقامت أنشطة صحية ستجد أنها بعيدة عن أي تنسيق مسبق مع الإدارة المختصة و أو رئاسة مصلحة السجون وكذلك الحال ينطبق مع أدارت السجون والتي تعمل بمنأى عن رئاسة مصلحة السجون اليمنية, سيتم عرض أكثر من مثال حي على ذلك لاحقا.
