I thank you so much for giving us this very important opportunity to save the artifacts discovered in the southern countryside of Idlib and transfer them to a safe place.Phase II: We worked on : A - Complete the scientific documentation of the rest of the artifacts 630 pieces. B - Preparation of ID cards for the museum and inserting all the pieces into the museum record after the completion of documentation of all pieces. D - Training a number of students of the Faculty of Archeology to preserve and scientific documentation of the artifacts.At the end of this important project, we have been working on saving and documenting 1426 = 630 + 630 + 166Where Last year, we preserved and documented 166 artifacts. This year, in the first phase, we documented 630 pieces And the seconed phase we documented 630 pieces.in addition to training a number of students of the Faculty of Archeology to preserve and document the artifacts and explaining all stages of the project to them.We worked at all stages of the project in difficult and complicated working conditions, due to the heavy shelling on the southern countryside of Idlib and some areas of Idlib province.Unfortunately, the Assad regime has targeted and destroyed some archaeological sites such as:Wednesday - date : 6/11/2019Ebla archaeological site was exposed to four raids of warplanes, Which caused great damage to the site.please, we hope not to share any information about this important project on social networking sites such as Facebook or the website, for fear of targeting and bomb the Bashar Al-Assad regime or the extremists for the museum.I thank you so much for supporting us and helping us to save the artifacts.Attached file: second half report (Final).All the bestNasser
