لا تسري أحكام الأولوية والعرض لتحويل الأسهم من فئة واحدة والمحددة في هذه المادة في حال إذا تم نقل الأسهم من مساهم إلى آخر في الفئة ذاتها.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
