إذا انقضت ثلاثون يوماً من تاريخ إخط

إذا انقضت ثلاثون يوماً من تاريخ إخطار المساهمين بشروط البيع دون أن يبدي أحد منهم رغبته في الشراء سواء بالسعر المعروض أو بالسعر المقدر من مدقق الحسابات فيكون للمساهم الراغب بالبيع الحق في بيع أسهمه للغير بالسعر المعروض أو المقدر كحد أدنى.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

If thirty days from the date of notifying contributors of conditions of sale without one of them wished to purchase either the price or the estimated price of the auditor the shareholder wishing to sell the right to sell his shares to others within the displayed price or estimated as a minimum.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

If the period of thirty days from the date of notification of shareholders the terms of sale without one of them showing interest in buying both at the offered price or the estimated price of the auditor shall be the shareholder who wants to sell the right to sell shares to others at the offered price or the estimated minimum.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

If after thirty days from the date of notice to shareholders selling conditions without showing a willingness to buy, whether the price before or at the estimated price of the auditor shall be the shareholder who wants to sell the right to sell his shares to others, the price before, estimated at a minimum.
