1- في حال ظهور حالة من حالات القوة القاهرة لدى أي من الفريقين بحيث يتعذر معها قيام الفريق المعني بالوفاء بإلتزاماته فعلى ذلك الفريق إعلام الفريق الاخر خلال مدة سبعة أيام من تاريخ انتهاء القوة القاهرة.
