اولا/ لم تخبروني بعدم توفر المنتج ف

اولا/ لم تخبروني بعدم توفر المنتج في الوقت المحدد .
ثانيا / تم تأخير رسال الشحنة لاكثر من 14 يوم .
بعد ذلك تم اخباري برفض شركة dhl شحنها وتم شحنها على البريد العادي ولم يتم ارجاع قيمة الشحن السريع مع العلم ان الشحن العادي مجانا في الموقع .
ثالثا / طالبت بالغاء الصفقة ولم تلغوها .
ايضا فارق التوقيت بين دولتكم ودولتي فلا اقدر الا عن طريق ارسال الرسالة وانتظار الجواب .
