أقامت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر

أقامت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر أكثر من مؤتمر حول الرعاية الصحية في السجون للعاملين في السجون وعلى مستوى اقليمي وكذلك لنقابات الأطباء في الدول وعلى مستوى اقليمي ولم يعرف شيء من المخرجات التي وصل إليها ولم يتعامل مع مصلحة السجون بايجابية أو حتى التجاوب مع طلب المصلحة لمعرفة ما تم تناوله في مؤتمري الرعاية الصحية للسجون مع النقابات الطبية.
والتي لا يوجد لها (نقابة الأطباء في اليمن) أي لمسة تذكر أو تعاون في اليمن من الأساس مع الرعاية الصحية للسجون والسجناء اليمنيين.
تم تأجيل أهم جانب كافحنا من أجله مع المنظمة وطالبنا به تكرار وهو أجراء التقييم الشامل للرعاية الصحية في السجون اليمنية وتم الموافقة عليه من قبل ألا أن اللبعثة الحالية أحجمت عن الأمر وحين تم اللقاء بالسيد أنطوان غراند ونقاش كل ذلك معه أبداء استعداده لأن يتم ذلك لاحقا متى ما وجد تجاوب أكثر و طواعية من القائمين على السجون , متناسيا او متجاهلا أو لا يريد أن يعلم بأن كل ذلك قد تم الترتيب له والتنسيق له وعلى كافة المستويات , ولكن كل مرة يتم العمل بصورة غير جلية وليس كما عهدنا المنظمة.
البلد يعيش أزمة سياسية وأزمة نفطية وحصار وفد ناقشنا الأمر مع الأخ المدير الأقليمي للحماية هشام الخضراوي بالحاجة إلى منظومة شمسية للسجن المركزي وأبداء تفهمه واستعداده حينها أمام رئيس مصلحة السجون ومن حضر معه للأجتماع الذي قمت شخصيا بالتنسيق له وأنجاح المساعي لتمهيد العمل لهم مجددا مع القائمين على السجون وقتها , فإذا بالمنظومة تتحول إلى مولد كهربائي طاقة خمسمئة كيلو وات .

كثرا هي الأمور التي اجد حرجا كبيرا لذكرها هنا وما كان من اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر من التعامل خلال الفترة الأخيرة رغم أنجاح أكثر المهام لهم وتسهيل عملهم الأنساني في اليمن في خاصة و على مستوى أكبر وصل ذلك في الفترة الحرجة من بداية الصراع المسلح... سيكون لهذا الموضوع تفصيل أخر في المستقبل القريب .
