ب‌. يجب على رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشركة تزويد الجهة المختصة سنوياً بالبيانات المدونة في سجل المساهمين وفقاً الفقرة (أ) أعلاه، وذلك خلال الشهر الأول من انتهاء السنة المالية تزيد عن (30) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ وقوع ذلك التغيير أو التعديل.

B. Company Chairman must provide competent annually data code in the register of shareholders in accordance with paragraph (a) above, during the first month of the end of the fiscal year more than (30) thirty days from the date of such change or modification.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

B. The Chairman of the Board company must annually provide the competent authority with data recorded in the shareholders' register in accordance with paragraph (a) above, during the first month of the fiscal year in excess of thirty (30) days from the date of the occurrence of such a change or modification is finished.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

B. Chairman of the board of directors shall provide the competent authority of the company annually data recorded in the register of shareholders pursuant to paragraph (a) above, within first month of post the financial year exceeds thirty (30) days from the date of the change or modification.
