للشركة ممثلة في إدارتها العليا الحق في توقيع العقود والاتفاقيات الخاصة بها دون الرجوع للطرف الثاني إلا في حالة أخذ الرأي والمشورة وتكون نسبة الطرف الثاني فيها ثابتة لا تتغير ولا تستثنى من مثل هذه العقود
