سادسا : دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي :

يقصد بدور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي هو بطبيعة الذي يقوم به ، فيرتبط دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي بالفريق أو الجهاز الذي يعمل معه ، يجب على الاخصائي الاجتماعي أن يقوم بممارسة دورة على أسس الفهم الواعي وكذلك المعرفة الكافية للفلسفة بالمجال الطبي وأن يقوم بعمل جاد على أن يحقق الأهداف التي تزيد بدورها في تحقيق أهداف مجتمع المؤسسة الطبية باستخدام كل العمليات والأساليب ، وأن يلتزم بمبادئ المهنة وكذلك أخلاقها ، ويجب عليه أن يستغل كل قدراته والخبرات التي اكتسبها على أحسن وجه عندما يمارس دوره المهني.
وهناك أدوار يجب أن تتوافر في الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي مثل القدرات الجسمية والصحية المناسبة وأن يكون هناك اتزان انفعالي وتحمل المسؤولية ويكون اتزان عقلي ، يتضمن المعلومات عن مختلف العلوم مع سرعة بديهة وأهم نقطه يجب أن يتصف بها هي السمات الأخلاقية السوية ، ويجب عليه أن يكون ملم بالمعلومات الطبية والمصطلحات الشائعة في المجال الطبي وأن يكون ذا معرفة بالاحتياجات النفسية للمرض وأن يكون ملم بالاحتياجات البشرية في حالة المرض ثناء العلاج ، وأن يعمل الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع المريض نفسة وللأخصائي دور في معالجة المشاكل السلوكيه مثل القلق والخوف والاكتئاب ومن الادوار التي يقوم بها هو العمل مع أسرة المريض وأن يقنع العائله على تقبل المريض والمرض وأن يعطيهم الارشادات عن كيفية التعامل مع المريض وأن يخبرهم بحالة المريض أولا بأول وتطورات العلاج معه ويكون ذلك خلال الجلسات مع المريض والأهل بنفس الوقت .

سابعا: دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي بمرضى الايدز :
لو أردت أن أحدد الأدوار التي يقوم بها الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي اتجاه مرضى الايدز ولو كنت أخصائي اجتماعي ومعني بعلاج هذا المرض في البداية سوف أتعامل مع المريض نفسة وبطريقة مباشرة ثم أتعامل مع أسرة المريض والمحيطين بالشخص المصاب بهذا المرض وكل هذا لكي أحقق الأهداف الوقائية والتوعوية والتنموية ، وكل ذلك يكون باعتبار أنه لم يتوصل للعلاج المناسب لهذا المرض.
ولو حددت أنا ما هي الادوار التي أستطيع أن أقدمها لهذا المريض وهذه الادوار تكون من خلال الآتي:
1- أن أقدم له المساعدة على أن يتقبل الواقع هذا وحتى يمكن أن يكون تعاملي معه بالشكل الايجابي وأن تقل مقاومته للمساعدة التي تكون من قبل الاخصائيين.
2- أن أقوم بمساعدته على أن يربط بين حالته الحالية وبين الجانب الاخر وهي المسببات التي جعلته هكذا وحتى يقل المستوى للصدمة ولكي يعود لرشده.
3- يقوم الاخصائي بمساعدته لكي يستغل قدراته وإمكانياته في التعامل مع المواقف التي يواجهها ويكون ذلك بأن يتطلع على الخدمات التي سوف يقدمها له المجتمع.
4- بأن أساعده في كيفية التعامل مع الاشخاص المحيطين به ويكون ذلك بشكل صحي حتى لا ينقل المرض لهم.
5- النقطه الأهم وهي مساعدة المريض على رفع معنوياته وذلك يكون من خلال الأنشطه الدينية والبرامج الترويجية ويتكون من خلال ذلك جماعات من نفس المرض ويكون من خلال البرامج التي تم طرحها لهم .
ولا يقتصر دوري كأخصائي على هذا فقط، بل يتجاوز حت يكون مع أسرة المريض ويكون ذلك من خلال:
1- بأن أوصل خبر للأهل بأن هذا الشخص مصاب بمرض الايدز حتى يتجنب الردود السلبية التي تكون من قبل الاهل.
2- أن أقوم بتعليم الاهل على أساليب التعامل الصحية مع المريض لكي يتجنبوا الاصابة بالمرض.
3- أن أقوم بمساعدة الاهل على أن يتقبلوا الشخص المصاب بالمرض وذلك يكون من خلال أن هذا هو الواقع الحالي ويجب أن يتأقلموا مع هذا الوضع.
وأما بالنسبة للمجتمع المحيط بهؤلاء المرضى المصابين بهذا المرض بأن ننشر الوعي بأن هذا المرض خطير وكيف أن أتجنب هذا المرض ، وأن أقوم بعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات لكي نوضح دور الخدمة الاجتماعية مع هذا المرض ومع هؤلاء المرضى،وأن يقوم الاخصائيين بالأبحاث والدراسات لاكتشاف أفضل الاساليب لكي يتعاملوا مع المرض بالشكل الصحيح.

في ختام هذا البحث العلمي البسيط الذي تم التطرق فيه على نشأة وتطور الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي، وتم التعريف بهذه المهنة بعدد من التعاريف وأهمها لعدد من رواد هذا التخصص العميق والكبير وتم اختيار البعض منها،وقطفت من بستان هذه المهنة بعض الورود وأول وردة تم قطفها هي أهداف الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي ، والوردة الثانية التي تم اقتطافها هي فلسفة الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي، ولو انتقلنا من بستان الورود إلى بستان الأشجار المثمرة لوجدنا أن هناك الكثير من الأشجار وتم الجلوس تحت شجرة عملاقة وتضم هذه الشجرة أنواع من المشاكل التي تواجه العملاء بهذا المجال وتم القطف منها بعض المشاكل وهي أمراض السرطان والفشل الكلوي والعقم والايدز والسكري،وتم الانتقال تحت شجرة أخرى من البستان وهذه تضم أدوار الاخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي بشكل عام، وتم التطرق إلى دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي مع مرضى الايدز، أما الاستفادة التي تم الحصول عليها من هذا البحث أنني تعرفت على المجالات التي تخص الخدمة الاجتماعية وخاصة المجال الطبي وعندما استعرضت بعض المصادر التي تكلمت عن نشأة الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال الطبي وعن الاهداف التي وضعتها في هذا المجال وتم معرفة التعاريف المهمة لهذا المجال وتم معرفة كيف يتعامل الاخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي مع الحالات التي يكشف عنها وما هي الطريقة الانسب لكل مرض ولكل شخص .
ومن وجهة نظري المتواضعة بأن القضايا التي تتم دراستها من خلال الخدمة الاجتماعية والمجالات التي تم التطرق لها من قبل الاخصائيين يجب أن تجرى بعض الدراسات والأبحاث على المجالات التي تخص الخدمة الاجتماعية لكي يتم التطوير فيها من جميع النواحي ولكي يتم خلق أفضل الاساليب للتعامل مع كافة الامراض الذي يواجهها الاخصائي الاجتماعي .
