I said that was an option, since there's this whole 'birdcage' thing and the existence of an afterlife, the people who control the 'birdcage' who Kanou is 'after' which is why he makes One Eyes, then you've got the mysterious 'V' who is most likely these people. I thought that both Noro and Eto could want to venture to the other side for some reason but it'd be risky to intentionally die for something which isn't clear.
I think what made everything so interesting, entertaing, fucked up and twisted is the fact she said she loved him. And in a way, he probably loves her since he's obsessed with her books. Eto definitely isn't dead, that doesn't even qualify as a death scene when Eto's got a lot more to do and explain. She fell off the roof with her top half, and as someone said before, it was already noted in TG that a person (especially a ghoul) can survive with no lower half of a body - for a matter of seconds but for a ghoul it would be different. At that last panel it also seemed like Kaneki send his kagune to her? Not sure why.
Eto's Kakuja is huge, I'm thinking what Kaneki's going to look like. Not that we'll see it now because they should understand they cannot defeat someone who defeated and 'ate the owl' (from their perspective) singlehandedly.
Well, if the CCG decide to 'reject' Kaneki, he can simply fly off the roof. If he's gained any of Eto's Kakuja traits, it should be her wings man. Imagine a flying Kaneki fight...
