تجدد هذه الاتفاقية تلقائيا لمدد مساوية مماثلة متتالية وبنفس الأحكام الواردة فيها أو حسبما يتفق عليه الطرفان وتبقى سارية المفعول ونافذة إلا إذا قام أحد الطرفين بإشعار الآخر خطيا بنيته إنهاءها وذلك خلال مدة لا تقل عن شهرين قبل تاريخ انتهاء ذلك التجديد وينتهي العمل بهذه الاتفاقية عند انتهاء المدة التي أعطي إشعار الإنهاء فيها.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for periods equal to a similar row with the same provisions contained therein, or as agreed upon by the parties and shall remain in force and effect only if one side is the other notification in writing of its intention to terminate within a period of not less than two months before the expiry of that renewal date expires this Convention at the expiration of the period which was given notice of termination in them.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

This Convention is automatically renewed for periods equal to similar sequences in the same provisions or as agreed upon by the parties and remain valid and enforceable only if one of the parties shall notify the other in writing of its closure during the period of not less than two months before the expiration of such renewal of the this Convention at the expiration of the period give notice of termination.
