Enforcement of new regulatory for Speed Limits & Incumbency
Dear All Employees / Car Users,
It is ceaselessly discovered that the company vehicles which have been provided to our employees’ to facilitate their significant job needs and conveniences are not being handled with deliberate care or mindfulness.
Apparently, employees’ are not adhering to the statutory law and permissible speed limits to preclude preventable accidents and near losses. Reckless driving habits not only endanger their own lives but also putting the lives of others at highest stake instantly. Vehicles have been battered because of misusages thus resulting to financial deprivations and related consequences perpetually. Therefore, GPS/speed tracking and control devices have been fitted to every vehicle for monitoring under close surveillance.
Dangerous practices and vandalism acts are intolerable by the Management any longer and thence decided to impose the strict penalizations for those violators who do not abide by the rules as prescribed herein under;

Third Violation Violators will face the severity of actions and disciplinary measures by the HR Management, if the offense is persistent for the third time.
All Project Sites / Destinations First Violation Speed Limits which are variable within “Work Place” designated at different zones shall be complied in accordance to the instructionary of the concerned Site Management. 300
Second Violation 500
Third Violation Violators will face the severity of actions and disciplinary measures by the HR Management, if the offense is persistent for the third time.
Public Roads & Highways First Violation
120 KM / HR 300
Second Violation 500
Third Violation Violators will face the severity of actions and disciplinary measures by the HR Management, if the offense is persistent for the third time.
Precautionary:
Speed Limit should not exceed the maximum restricted limits as given in the above table when driving around. However, it is also necessitated to watch out for the speed limit signs which can be below the specified range and variable at some areas so that to be complied accordingly.
All employees and car users should unwaveringly observe and follow the Company Rules and Traffic Rules as issued without negligence and avoidance. Employees and car users designated at Ras Al-Khair, Jubail, Turaif and all other project destinations are instructed to obtain the written consent from their authorized authority about their whereabouts before traveling out of their territories.
Unless it is required for the fulfillment of Company’s work needs and purposes, employees/car users are not allowed to travel elsewhere without prior consent by the said authority. Do not leave your car engine on or unattended, if you prefer to leave your vehicle to manage some works and not going to be present in your car.
Any violators of the above enforced rules are answerable and their scale of offenses shall be evaluated respectively to face the disciplinary actions and measures and relevant consequences hereafter.
