Risk Management and Employee Relations One of the growing issues in HR management is risk management, which incorporates health, safety, and security. The coverage in Chapter 15 identifi es the nature of risk management, current health and safety issues, OSHA compliance requirements, health promotion, prevention of workplace violence, and the importance of workplace security.
