إتفق الطرفان بان يعهدا إلى الطرف الثاني أو من يوكله في ذلك بنقل ملكية الأسهم المباعة أمام الجهات المختصة بذلك لإتمام نقل الملكية سواء لنفسه أو للغير .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
