في حال عدم إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية من قبل أي من الطرفين بواسطة إشعار خطي بنيته بذلك قبل شهرين على انتهاء المدة الأساسية لهذه الاتفاقية تجدد هذه الاتفاقية تلقائيا لمدد مساوية مماثلة متتالية وبنفس الأحكام الواردة فيها أو حسبما يتفق عليه الطرفان وتبقى سارية المفعول ونافذة إلا إذا قام أحد الطرفين بإشعار الآخر خطيا بنيته إنهاءها وذلك خلال مدة لا تقل عن شهرين قبل تاريخ انتهاء ذلك التجديد وينتهي العمل بهذه الاتفاقية عند انتهاء المدة التي أعطي إشعار الإنهاء فيها.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

If termination of this agreement by either party by written notice that I built two months before the expiry of the agreement this agreement is automatically renewed for equal successive periods of similar same provisions contained therein or as agreed upon by the parties and remain in force and effect unless one of the Parties shall notify the other in writing of his intention to terminate it at least two months prior to the expiration date of that renewal and terminate this agreement at the end of the period, which gave notice of termination.

In the absence of termination of this Agreement by either party by written notice of intention to do so two months before the end of the basic term of this agreement renewal of this agreement automatically for periods equal to a similar row with the same provisions contained therein, or as agreed upon by the parties and shall remain in force and effect unless the one party notify the other in writing of its intention to terminate within a period of not less than two months before the expiry date of renewal that expires this Convention at the expiration of the period which was given a termination notice.
