وبالفعل تم الترتيب لاحقا للمؤتمر هذا (دورة التدريب) في صنعاء وقد أسهمت شخصيا في التحضير والأعداد لهذا المؤتمر الخاص بالأخلاقيات الطبية والرعاية الصحية للعاملين في السجون اليمنية , حيث كانت الأعدادات والتحضير مع الأخ الزميل المندوب الطبي للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في اليمن الدكتور بسام , وتم أنجاز الأمر في وقت وجيز وقياسي , الجدير بالذكر هنا أنني وقتها كنت قد قدمت طلبي لرئيس مصلحة السجون اليمنة بعدم رغبتي مواصلة العمل معهم ولأسباب أخرى أتحفظ عن ذكرها حيث ليس مكانها هنا وقد يتم الأشارة إلى ذلك في موضع أخر, ومشاركتي للزميل مندوب اللجنة هنا كان من باب التعاون الأنساني ولقناعتهم بأني الشخص الأكثر مناسب للاستعانة به في ما يتعلق بالرعاية الصحية للسجون اليمنية وللنشاط والتعاون الطويل والخبرة التي اكتسبتها بعلاقتي باللجنة الدولية للصيب الأحمر لأكثر من عقدين كاملين وما أود اتأكيد علييه هنا ان كل تعاون من قبلي كان يتم عن قناعة بأن العمل الأنساني يجب المسارعة إليه و دون أي مقابل كان ولا يزال حتى هذه اللحضة أن تقاضيت أي أجر عليه من اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر و أو من قبل الغير ولله الحمد.( للتوضيح حول ذلك أنتقل إلى الملحقات الجزء الخاص بالمنظمات الدولية أخر الكتاب) (هل يتم استلام أي راتب او شيء من هذا القبيل من قبل اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وما حقيقة أن أحد المسؤولين فيها كان يقوم بمنح أموال لكي يمر العمل في اليمن وهذا ما أثاره البعض في اللجنة ممن لم يتمكنوا من أثبات القدرة في انجاح أو تحقيق أي تقدم في العمل , وقد أشير إلى أسمي في هذا الجانب , والذي سبب أشكالية كبيرة داخل اللجنة وكان سبق قبل هذا الأمر أن نبهت أحد المسؤولين في اللجنة إلى أن أحد الموظفين الأجانب لديه ييقوم بتسريب المعلومات إلى جهات أخرى خارج اللجنة وبالدليل القاطع وقد تم بالفعل تأكيد الأمر وطرد من اليمن من قبل الأللجنة وعلمت بعدها انه لا يزال يعمل معها في دولة أخرى , وهذا ما أثار حفيظيتي واستغرابي أن كون هذا الأمر يتعامل معه بما يخالف قوانين وانظمة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وحفظ أسار العمل. وعدم تسريب أي معلومة أيا كانت. لأي طرف مهما كان . أرج لقانون العمل لديهم )
