1.（2014.9.28）同步推正版闪退，或者无法安装，怎么办？

由于苹果共享账号的限制，导致无法安装同步推正版、部分正版游戏和应用，我们正在紧急解决此问题。 您可以采用以下临时解决方法：

1)同步推闪退，请在同步助手中重新下载安装；
2)其他软件闪退，弹窗提示AppleID和密码，请使用最新版本的同步助手(Win版 v2.1.9.2/Mac版 v1.1.4)进行正版授权修复；

2.同步助手支持哪些设备？

支持 iPhone，iPad，iPod Touch。
3.设备用数据线连接以后，同步助手无法识别，怎么办？

4.我的设备没有越狱，可以使用同步助手安装软件吗？

① 在您的手机上，使用该软件所属的iTunes帐号在App Store上下载一个免费的或者收费的软件。
如果您安装的是同步正版，请用同步助手“正版授权”！
② 在您的电脑上，使用iTunes同步任意一个相同帐号购买的其他免费的或者收费的软件到您的设备中去。

7.安装软件时提示错误，是怎么回事？

错误：ApplicationVerificationFailed -402620415
请首先检查您正在安装的软件是否是破解版的，如果是的话，请确认您的手机是否已经越狱，并且已经安装了AppSync for iOS之类的ipa破解补丁；
