ملخص: اهتم العالم في الآونة الاخيرة بشكل متزايد بالتجارة الالكترونية كنتيجة حتمية وضرورية للتطورات والمستجدات الحديثة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وعليه تستمد الدراسة أهميتها من خلال تقييم عملها وممارستها بالجزائر والوقوف على تحدياتها ومتطلباتها، وتعالج هذه الدراسة واقع التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر من حيث صعوبات تطبيقها وعوائق ممارستها نظرا لضعف البنى التحتية للتكنولوجيا المرتبطة باستخدامات الانترنت والدفع الالكتروني ناهيك عن قصور العامل البشري من تكوين للافراد والكوادر المؤهلة، خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة فإن التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر لاتزال متأخرة ولم ترق إلى المستوى المطلوب في ظل تطور الاقتصاد الرقمي، وينبغي لأجل ذلك المزيد من العمل وبذل جهد أكبر لتقديم الحلول من خلال تطوير البنية التحتية المتمثلة في الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة وتوفير و تحديث الاطار القانوني والتشريعي الملائم لعمليات التجارة الالكترونية.
