التخطيط مهم جدآ حتى في حياتنا اليومية . وذلك لما له من فوائد عديدة تعود على الشخص وعلى المجتمع الخاص والعام وهو بمعنى الخاص الشخصي وفرد تنظيم وترتيب ورسم خطة للوصول الى هدف معين .
التخطيط هو المهام الإدارية التي تهدف إلى تحديد الألهداف المستقبلية للمنظمات والمؤسسات وطرق تحديد هذه الأهداف والخطة هي جزء من التخطيط كخطط بديلة او خطة مالية .
