بصراحة؛ تفاجأت لما استلمت الساعة الذكية، فهي ليست مطابقة للساعة الذكية التي تم طلبهافقد تم استبدالها دون موافقة مني على ذلك.وهذا تصرف مخالف وغير لائق،لذا؛ فإني أرفض استلامها بالسعر نفسهولهذا السبب، أمامي خيارين:1/ سيتم إرجاع الساعة الذكية، وأطالب باسترداد كامل المبلغ.2/ أو سيتم إبقاء الساعة الذكية، لكن بنصف القيم.
