will observe and comply with the provlsions and conditions of Royal Decree No. 35/2003 issuing the labor law regarding labour relations, as amended from time to time together with its executive regulations in relation to its staff assigned to the Sites, and all local rules and regulations, as well as any directions which may be issued by the Hotel.Neither Party shall hire or employ each other's employees or agents for the purpose of valet parking, chauffeur services, or any other similar activities, without the written consent of either Party.
