أي تعديل لأحكام هذه الإتفاقية يجب أن يتم كتابة و يوقع عليه كلا الفريقين، و بخلاف ذلك فلا يعتد بأي تعديل أو اتفاق مخالف لأحكام هذه الإتفاقية.
