2- اتفق الفريقان على عدم تحميل الفر

2- اتفق الفريقان على عدم تحميل الفريق الاول المسؤولية عن الاضرار والخسائر بما في ذلك الاصابات الشخصية و الحوادث وغيرها مما قد يتعرض له الفريق الثاني بسبب او في معرض تقديمه لخدماته. وفي هذا السياق يتعهد الفريق الثاني بالحصول على بوليصة تأمين خاصة به وعلى نفقته الشخصية.
