اي نزاع ينشأ بين الفريقين فيما يتعلق بصحة تنفيذ مذكرة التفاهم هدة او لاي سبب كان ولا يحل وديا يحال للتحكيم الاردني الساري المفعول .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Any dispute between the two groups regarding the validity of implementing this memorandum of understanding or for whatever reason and doesn't solve amicably shall be referred to the Jordanian arbitration in force.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Any dispute between the two groups with respect to the validity of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding rut or for whatever reason does not solve amicably Jordanian referred to arbitration in force.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

Any dispute arising between the two groups in relation to the health of the implementation of the memorandum of understanding "or whatever reason and resolve amicably referred to the Jordanian arbitration in force.
