الموضوع التأخير في التحاق الطالب احمد بجامعة اكسفورد
بخصوص الموضوع أعلاه , نحيطكم علما أن اسباب التأخير متعلق بالتالي :
1 الظروف الأمنية والسياسية في قطاع غزة .
2| الاغلاق المتواصل للمعابر بين غزة والعالم .
3 عدم الاعتراف بالوثائق التي تصدرها حكومة غزة مما أدى الى تأخر الحصول على بعض الاوراق من الحكومة الشرعية في رام الله .
لهذه الاسباب حدث التأخير ونحن لا نملك الا ان نعتذر عن هذا التأخير
برجاء العالم مع فائق الاحترام .
