3-4 ان انهاء مذكرة التفاهم هذه لاتؤثر على أي حقوق او واجبات لأي من الفريقين ناشئة عن ترتيبات أو اتفاقيات نشأت عن طريق أي مشروع أو عرض قدم قبل تاريخ سريان الانهاء.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

3-4 to terminate this MOU doesn't affect any rights or obligations of any of the groups arising from the arrangements or agreements arose through any project or presentation before the effective date of termination.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

3-4 to end a memorandum of understanding these do not affect any rights or obligations of either party arising out of the arrangements or agreements originated by any project or made before the effective date of termination.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

3-4 to terminate this MOU did not affect any rights or obligations of any party arising from agreements or conventions, created by a presentation prior to the effective date of the termination.
