(a) The Sales Partner shall present to the customer IPT proposal based on the commercial conditions in Annex 1.
(b) . The Sales Partner shall assist with the negotiation of the individual Customer Agreement by ( A ) until the Customer Agreement has been concluded. After conclusion of the Customer Agreement, the Sales Partner shall act as the customer's main contact during the entire term of the Customer Agreement
(c) The Sales Partner shall obtain from customers who are a sole proprietorship/sole trader or private company the necessary declaration of consent in accordance with §6 (4).
(d) When mediating contractual relationships, the Sales Partner shall only make use of the current product information and service specifications that ( A ) has specified.
(e) The Sales Partner shall support ( A ) within the scope of its legal obligations to preserve its interests, its obligations to cooperate and to provide information when clarifying open issues.
(f) The Sales Partner shall only deploy its own employees when carrying out brokering activities. Third parties may only be involved with the prior written consent of ( A ).
6. Actively contacting customers by way of an outbound call center or door-to-door marketing shall only be permissible with the prior written consent of ( A ).
7. Any advertising campaigns, press releases, and other declarations available to the public that refer to this contractual relationship and the IPT marketing shall be agreed with ( A ) and shall require the written consent of ( A ).
8. ( A ) may designate further quality criteria in order to ensure a smooth proposal stage.
