كلية التمريض والعلوم الصحية المساعدةوحدة الإرشاد الأكاديميالتقرير الأول للإرشاد الأكاديميعلى ضوء الخطة التشغيلية التنفيذية لوحدة الإرشاد الأكاديميفي الأسبوع الثاني تم تفعيل آلية الحذف والإضافة و توزيع طالبات كلية التمريض من المستوى الثالث إلى المستوى الثامن على جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومنسوبات الإرشاد الأكاديمي مع ايضاح مهام المرشدة الأكاديمية ودورها في توعية الطالبة لمعرفة آلية الحذف والإضافة وعدد الساعات المسموح بها توافقاً مع جدول الطالبة.وكذلك تم توزيع مهام المرشدة الأكاديمية العامة اتجاه الطالبة وكيفية متابعتها والتواصل معها، وتم إرفاق جميع النماذج الخاصة بالمرشدة لمتابعة وضع الطالبة أكاديميا و تقديم الحلول المناسبة لها حتى التخرج ، وايضاح كيفية التواصل مع منسقة وحدة الإرشاد في الكلية في بعض الحالات الاستثنائية للاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة.وذلك كله في تمام السرية والحرص على مصلحة الطالبة أولاً ، وللارتقاء بالمستوى الأكاديمي للكلية.إعداد مشرفة وحدة الإرشاد الأكاديميأ/أسمهان عبد العزيز
