I simply advice Marayam not to transfer the full amount into the revenues of the company as this amount is for the period of six months service. So it cannot be accounted in just one month but yes per month basis amount can be shown as prepaid income for that month as still the services are to be provided to the client. Maraym should follow the principle of integrity in code of ethics for accountants. As clearly states that the accountants have to be honest, candid and provide correct information to the clients about the financial performances of the company. Accounts should not hide any information nor should they provide any irrelevant information about the performances of the company as it will harm the long-term image of the company (Shearer, 2002). Marayam should safeguard herself from manipulating any true financial information of the company for an intentional opportunity of building positive image of the company in the market and to charity houses. As in case if acute financial crisis arises in the company then the company will not be able to manage its situation.
