ﻴﺨﻀﻊ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﻟﻠﻘﻭﺍﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ

ﻴﺨﻀﻊ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﻟﻠﻘﻭﺍﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ XX ﻭﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﻤﺤﺎﻜﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺼﺎﺤﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﺨﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻟﻠﻨﻅﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﻼﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺩ ﺘﻨﺸﺄ ﻋﻥ ﺘﻔﺴﻴﺭ ﺃﻭ ﺘﻨﻔﻴﺫ ﺃﻱ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﻭﻁ ﻭﺍﻷﺤﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ، ﻜﻤﺎ ﻴﺤﻕ ﻟﻠﻔﺭﻴﻕ الثاني ﺍﻟﻠﺠﻭﺀ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻬﻴﺌﺔ ﺒﺨﺼﻭﺹ ﺘﺘﻌﻠﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ تتعلق ﺒﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﻭ/ ﺃﻭ ﻟﻐﺎﻴﺎﺕ ﺤـل ﺃﻱ ﺨﻼﻑ ﺃﻭ ﻨﺯﺍﻉ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ يتعلق بأي من شروط و احكام هذا العقد.

ﻴﺨﻀﻊ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﻟﻠﻘﻭﺍﻨﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﺼلاﺤﻴﺔ ﺼﺎﺤﺒﺔ ﻤﺤﺎﻜﻡ XX ﻭﺍلاﺨﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻟﻠﻨﻅﺭ ﻓﻲ ﻜﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺨلاﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺩ ﺘﻨﺸﺄ ﻋﻥ ﺘﻔﺴﻴﺭ ﺘﻨﻔﻴﺫ ﻤﻥ ﻭﺍلاﺤﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﻭﻁ ﺃﻱ or ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺭﺠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺩ ﻜﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻔﺭﻴﻕ ﻴﺤﻕ ﺍﻟﻠﺠﻭﺀ, second ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻬﻴﺌﺔ ﺒﺨﺼﻭﺹ ﺘﺘﻌﻠﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﺯﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺒﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﻭ/ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺔ related ﻟﻐﺎﻴﺎﺕ ﺨلاﻑ ﺃﻱ or ﺤ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ for ﻨﺯﺍﻉ or any of the terms and conditions of this contract.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:
