Having airlines such as Qatar Airways flying to more than 150 destinations and Air Arabia flying to more than 100 destinations across the globe, promoting Ras Al Khaimah on their inflight entertainment systems is a great marketing medium that is partly fuelling RAK’s tourism growth.Beginning of 2016 we got Qatar Airways that was followed by Air India Express and finally 10 charter flights within 5 months after that for the winter 2016/17 season. This proves the contribution of RAK Airport towards promotion of the destination.
